Tracks a subreddits count of current and active subscribers and sends that to a discord webhook

Checks every minute

• There's a minimum delay of a minute between messages so reddit and discord isn't upset
• Can be changed to be how every long you want as long as it's more than a minute
• You can also set a milestone of subs that bypasses the delay once for your special moment

Once the delay has past it sends a message to the provided discord webhook in settings

• Message can be customized with subscriber data by including ${currentSubs} and ${activeSubs}
