Yukichigai Unofficial Patch, or YUP, is a standalone unofficial patch for Fallout: New Vegas and is largely included in the Fallout: New Vegas mod Tale of Two Wastelands.
Initially created by Yukichigai in an attempt to make a cleaner and more focused alternative to Mission Mojave, another unofficial patch mod, within a year it had cemented itself as the de facto community patch due to sticking to its intended purpose and reliable quality.
Yukichigai continued developing YUP for the next year and a half alongside sandbox6 before retiring in 2015, leaving the project in sandbox's hands, where it has seen routine updates to this very day, having amassed a changelog nearly 3,000 lines long with an untold number of fixes.
A modified version of YUP would later be included with Tale of Two Wastelands starting with version 3.2, fixing many bugs in the New Vegas side of the mod that had been left untouched.
