macOS 27: Siri interaction opens MonitorControl Settings #1894

Describe the bug

Almost every interaction with the new dedicated Siri chat application in macOS 27 triggers the MonitorControls Settings window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Siri application from your Applications folder.
2. Start a new conversation or select an item from your chat history.

Expected behavior

MonitorControl Settings shouldn't appear at interaction with other applications.
