Occasionally, when the device is locked while PiP mode is active, both the background playback stops and the PiP window closes.

NOTE: So far, I was able to reproduce this issue only on lower-spec devices like Galaxy A32 5G or Moto g Power 5G - 2023, but no repro on Pixel 7.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Open YT in the new tab
3. Play any video
4. Tap PiP button in the URL search bar
5. When PiP mode is active lock device > Observe that either background play is paused or background play is paused + PiP is closed when the device is unlocked

Actual result

Occasionally, when the device is locked while PiP mode is active, both the background playback stops and the PiP window closes.

Expected result

Background play and PiP must continue working when locking the device.
