User is a bot reposting old content as its own

No Spam

No selfies unless they are sharing a key moment in your self-love journey.

A one-off photo of yourself clearly celebrating a milestone and sharing it with our community is usually welcomed!

If its just a photo of you it'll be deleted as when we allow one our sub quickly fills up with them.

Posting for others approval based on your appearance has been normalised by other social media platforms, but promotes insecurity more often than belief in our own intrinsic self-worth, so isn't something we want to encourage here.

Be kind to others and our community

This is a supportive and encouraging community. Anyone engaging in the sub in unkind or toxic ways will be banned.
