Pinned Comment 📌 is a fast, reliable, and super simple mod tool that was designed for one purpose: to highlight non-moderator, top-level comments in a minimalistic and unobtrusive way.

Run the app using the three-dot menu or mod shield menu (depending on your platform) and choose the "Pin mod comment" option.

Since Reddit doesn't allow non-moderator comments to be pinned, the app (u/pinned-comment) will recreate the selected comment and pin it to the top of the post.

Update March 2026: Added direct link to the original comment. In the spirit of minimialism, added "see original" in Superscript. See screenshot below.

The app will unpin existing stickied comments since only one is allowed per post and handles rate limits with clear toasts (e.g., Highlighted comment by [author]!).
