Special Service Guide Update for July 8, 2026

July 8, 2026 -

On July 8, 2026, we posted updates to our Security Measures to help simplify and clarify how we protect customer data and our platform and to address evolving technologies. We’ve structured these changes to provide a consistent level of protection for our customers without any customer action required. The updates are in effect for all new customers signing up for Fastly Services on or after July 8, 2026.

For all existing customers with agreements or orders that incorporate the Security Measures, the changes will go into effect automatically beginning in 30 days on August 8, 2026. If you are an existing customer and wish to benefit from the updated Security Measures immediately, Fastly agrees to be bound by the updated Security Measures without any further action required on your part.

Special Service Guide Update for May 5, 2026

May 5, 2026 -

On May 5, 2026, Fastly updated the list of sub-processors we engage with in connection to provisioning of Fastly services. Our list of affiliate sub-processors now includes Fastly France SAS in France. Likewise, the entry for third-party sub-processor Wasabi Technologies LLC now includes a processing location in France.
