Your Heart is a quest item in the Fallout: New Vegas DLC Old World Blues.

The Courier's heart, removed by the Sink Auto-Doc, together with their spine and brain on arrival in the Big MT.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
While the heart is removed, the Courier is granted the Heartless perk. After the quest Old World Blues, the Courier can use the same Auto-Doc to return their heart to their body, granting them the Cardiac Arrest perk instead. At this point, the heart can be removed or added at will.
Location[edit]
Found in a body part tank at the Sink, after first speaking with the Think Tank.
