With reviews for Ocarina of Time inbound either tomorrow or Wednesday, anybody have any last predictions? I personally think GTA VI will win the review score battle. Rockstar always has their “one game” that reviews among the top games of all time. It’ll be hard for a remake to top that, not even Metroid Prime Remastered could accomplish this.

Zelda below 9.1 would be disappointing, but GTA6 I expect at least to get a 9.5 but probably mora like a 9.7 or 9.8.

Ocarina will get several 10/10 scores for nostalgia, but for new players, it might feel mechanically dated, 90 would be the ideal average.

GTA will likely be the most technically advanced game ever made, with the greatest attention to detail—though very little gameplay has been shown. RDR2, for instance, is beautiful, but the gameplay is very slow; in my opinion, a 97 [Metacritic] score is far too high—it should have been lower, given the gameplay.

I'm expecting OOT to be 93 and GTA VI to be 97-98

Ocarina of Time seems headed to a 96 which is very strong but I'm still betting on GTA to review higher with all the hype and 13 years of anticipation.

Well I underestimated Ocarina lol. But we’re talking about GTA VI… every review outlet and their mother is giving that game a 10.

I was hoping for a 95, but thinking minimum 91. So very happy with the Zelda scores. Also still think GTA will score higher. In the past, reviewers were never really able to look past the hype with a new GTA. Don't expect them to be able to do this know. And let's be honest. With all the time and mony in it. GTA should be an amazing game.
