I don't mean perks like Full Auto Trigger System that still exist but have just been deprecated and stopped being put on weapons. I mean perks like Underdog where Bungie completely removed that perk from the game - as far as I can tell every gun that dropped with it had it replaced with Pulse Monitor and Underdog was completely wiped from the game. Have there been any other perks that Bungie has done this to?

Question
Tried my hand at Ruinous Effigy with the Mantle of Battle Harmony, I found a decent combo with the void/trace rifle perks on the Tablet of Ruin artifact. However, the gimmick with the balls is kinda ehh even with the catalyst. Not sure if I’m using it wrong
Just doing runs of unlocking catalysts for my other exotics, but I’d like to hear everyone’s disappointment in ones that weren’t worth the trouble
