What makes you wanna stream?
What makes you wanna stream?
Question

Hi, I hope you are all well

Lately, Ive come to realized Im very disabled, and I'm not sure if I wanna stream

On one hand, I think streaming might be good for me to socialize and build a community, especially with the free time I have relating to not being able to work fixed hours schedule in advance due to my disability going "nope" pretty frequently with flares and Im aware they are quite a few disabled streamers who done the same thing

On another hand, I enjoy my privacy, I could use a new online persona, however, I just worry since horror stories of what can happen to streamers (increased eyes on you is bound to attract unwanted attention no matter what)

I wanted to see, what do you enjoy about streaming? I know they are different types of creative streaming circles and I dabble in a bit of everything but wanted to see - what makes it fun for you and the goods that outway the con I mentioned?

Thanks and have a great day!

edit: omg thank you for all the responses, I think I might go for it when I have the courage to but feeling motivated to try and if I don't like it, I can always stop. Thank you all for the insight 🫶
