I've got job fatigue
I've got job fatigue

I'm so fucking tired. I'm flat broke, don't even know if plasma donation is a good idea or if its overhyped since I hate needles. Evry single job I have applied for has ghosted me either before or after the interview.

I'n starting to get fucking tired of looking and waiting since the job market is clearly ran by fraudulents. Problem is I need money since yesterday. I hate FreeCash with a passion because it pays me literal pennies and times me out of the good stuff since I don't have time on my day to play its stupid games. I don't even fucking bother with surveys since every single one tells me I'm not qualified.

What can I even do anymore? I'm tired, I'm lonely, I'd rather drive around and try to socialize at local gaming joints even though I'm broke.

Finally got a job!
Finally got a job!

After 10 months of funemployment, I got a permanent job offer! I've been on and off contract jobs for a few years so this changes everything. It REALLY sucked being unemployed. Having a fairly recent masters degree and living in LA just added salt to the wound.

So, the recruitment process.... I actually interviewed with the same recruiter last year and got ghosted but he did remember me! I messaged another recruiter on Linkedin (twice) and she never replied but ended up calling me to tell me I got the job. The way everything happened from the company inviting me to apply to a position (wasn't the first time) and then the job offer all within a couple of weeks was mind boggling. I have a friend that works in the company but I don't think the reference went far.

I'm so glad I held on to the belief that what doesn't work out for me isn't for me! Remember, it only takes one yes to change everything friends!

if you're in public health, I recommend looking into public health hired via website or social media as a resource!
