[TOMT][Movie1990's I think] A movie where a photographer uncovers some kind of alien conspiracy?

So, this isn't the most helpful but I can't tell if I'm conflating several different things or not. From my memory it was kind of a goofy movie where these aliens were trying to quietly invade Earth and uplift us so they could sell us things. I remember a stripper pen being heavily featured. (It was an old pen where you turned it upside down and the picture of the lady or whatever's clothes would come off.) Anyway, this photographer or maybe he was a photo journalist either got in trouble, or was ashamed because he took a picture of a kid falling from a ledge instead of helping and it haunted him. I also vaguely recall the aliens showed up in photographs, or photos did something to them.

Completely unsure if this is allowed on this subreddit, but you only live once so might as well try.

I was 18 when made this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/tipofmytongue/s/CppbGc3vYe

It's locked now.

4 years later I finally found the answer after asking a bunch of people at college. It was the Arabic dub of "uninhabited planet survive!" and what stuck so well in my head was the ending song. I just listened to it and almost cried I can't lie.

I received like 20 dms about this so whoever finds the answer here, congrats! Also the ending is a timeless banger, ha 2ana al2ana 3ala el tareeq! If you know you know...

[TOMT] Weird Children's Cartoon 1990s?
[TOMT] Weird Children's Cartoon 1990s?
Solved

I vaugely remember a really weird, potentially ugly, cartoon I saw *one* episode when I was too young to remember the name.

The main case was a large family of... monsters? I think they were blue? I just remember they couldn't let people find out they exist was a crux of the episode.

One of them goes to... a summer camp? Military school? Gets in trouble for... something? And his siblings are spying on him while his bare feet are locked in stocks and licked by a goat?

It was incredibly weird, and clearly one of those "the writer's secret fetish" things, but I remember the concept of him being locked in the stocks and his foot licked by a goat being the focus for far too long for it to feel like a natural story beat.
