All posts must be related to the Total War series. No IRL Politics.

All posts must be related to the Total War series in some way. Unrelated posts that have no connection to either Total War or the Subreddit will be removed - this includes taking a meme, screenshot or video of an unrelated piece of media and making it relevant only through the title or by adding text.

Do not abuse other members.

Posts must be SFW.

This is a SFW subreddit, therefore, all posts must also be generally SFW. Overtly sexual content is not allowed and will be removed at the moderators' discretion.

Create detailed titles and provide context for screenshots.

Use the post title and comments section to provide context about your post; what you are trying to convey through a screenshot is important. Vague titles and random posts are subject to removal.

Do not link or request pirated material.

Posts that link to pirated material, ask for pirated material, beg for games or link to key resellers will be removed. We do not, nor will ever, condone piracy. However, the discussion of leaked content is allowed.

Do not derail threads with off-topic discussion.

Do not derail threads with off-topic memes or controversy. Maintaining a healthy discussion is important, but intentionally trying to steer the course of a thread away from the original discussion is frowned upon.

Keep self-promotion reasonable.

No excessive self-promotion of fanart, YouTube videos and let's plays. Please keep the posting of your own art/videos to a maximum of twice a week, or once every three days.

A widely used rule of thumb is the 9:1 ratio, i.e. only 1 out of every 10 of your submissions should be your own content.

Flair your posts with the relevant game.

Flair helps users navigate to the posts they are interested in seeing and keeps confusion at a minimum when surfing screenshots. Please assign the relevant flair to your post at the time of posting.
