Discord is blocked in Turkey, so I don't have a Discord server. Right now, most of the players are close friends of mine. I might create a Telegram channel instead.

Do you think having a Discord server is absolutely necessary?

I wish they would do something for Age of Empires III, but they'll almost certainly keep focusing on updates for Age of Empires II, IV, and Mythology.
