We process buyback redemptions in the order they are received. No postage is necessary when you order our free MVP buyback kit from our website. The kits include postage paid with the USPS, and we did see a slowdown with the postal service deliveries sent through the holidays. With the holidays behind us now, we don't expect this delay to continue.
When your redemption arrives and is processed, we send a notification that your store credit has been added to your account.
We are completely caught up on all MVP redemptions that we've received. If you feel like your order should have been received, and you haven't heard from us (appx. 2-3 weeks after you dropped it in the mail), please reach out.
