So they eat all my food? /jk

Už zapomněli rok 2020 a 2021

That would require another management position "Master of Ulf whisperers".

Moderation seems logical until you realize half of food you see in stores was non-existent 100 years ago.

If you fill stores with ultra processed cr*p, moderation might not be the best idea.

Toast with hummus, marinated tofu and greens/sprouts

Tofu or beans with fermented cabbage/kimchi as a cold salad (add greens, alliums).

Once you always have some cooked beans/tofu, cooked starch/bread and basic trio of main vegetable groups (greens, alliums, cruciferous) then you can do basically anything with them. Those are basis for all of my savoury meals no matter how simple or complex to make.

And Bavarians (Germans culturally are not one thing).

A lot of people who follow restricting diets just restrict themselves.

No animal-based fat and protein = equals no fat and protein whatsoever. Often even lacking calories from this part of their meals that they crossed out front the plate. If they replace it, it's often with some kind of artificial substitute with limited nutrition.

Often, vegetarians are just fussy eaters from their childhood and their diet can be heavy in processed foods and sugar. This inclination towards processed foods is common for all fussy eaters, many of them are vegetarian and many of them are vegetable avoiders.

It can also be very strong observation bias. You see bad-looking vegetarians but you don't see all vegetarians, vegans and plant-based diet people who look healthy and you don't even get to know they follow this diet.
