I had the same problem for a client and the website itself was blocking connections from Microsoft Azure servers specifically. Since your on standard PC's though i would try going to those websites on a hotpot or different network to see if the network is blocking it. If it still doesn't work it could be a VPN built into the computers thats part of the problem.
I know Act! CRM has landing pages, forms and email campaigns built into their software at a better price point then others, but for scheduling social media posts you would need to use a different tool. CRM wise i would trial that one first because some of the other big providers hit you when your usage starts getting high. If your more interested in just the marketing features and want to keep that separate I'd probably look at Brevo for the email/automation side and something like Buffer for social. I haven't found many affordable tools that actually do both sides really well without ending up paying for a bunch of other stuff you don't need.
