Yes. They are speculating that he's brain dead. Nobody has seen him outside of a picture that was sent to TMZ yesterday where it showed him smiling with his wife. The photo is super low resolution so nobody can even do any analysis on it to see if it's real. It's also weird that they released a statement yesterday but didn't mention Lindsey Graham passing.
