What do I do if I tried contacting support and they don’t respond? It’s been 4 days. I have 119 SC that I’ve played thru and they won’t let me redeem, it says 0

Can’t redeem. Showing 0?

Got an email a few days ago saying they’re shutting down. I had 110 SC on there that I played through all of it (when down to like 10 SC and hit a 10xer and got back to around 119. When I go to redeem it says 0SC. Customer support has not responded, it’s been 2 days? What do I do
