AWC Indeed, AWC frac Technology, Indeed Oilfield Supply, Oil and gas equipment manufacturing services un qualified 15,000 PSI flex hose killed people 832-491-1743 Houston Texas

We purchased over 1,000 flex frac hoses from AWC Indeed, and they claimed the hoses came with a 12-month warranty. However, after putting them into field service, more than 80% reportedly failed within just three months. We returned the failed hoses for warranty coverage, but AWC Indeed denied our claims over issues such as unclear part numbers, shipping procedures, and other excuses that we believe were unreasonable.

After looking deeper into AWC Indeed and the hose manufacturer, we uncovered information that raised serious concerns about possible misuse of a European company's hose technology and whether the manufacturing process was adequate for 15,000 PSI frac operations. Even more concerning, we learned of reports that hoses from the same manufacturer may have been involved in fatal incidents that killed two field workers in New Mexico in 2025 and two in Oklahoma in 2023.

We also have concerns that AWC Indeed partnered with one of our company's co-founders to establish a new business that may be copying the technologies and equipment we have invested heavily in developing. We have already reported our intellectual-property concerns to the FBI for investigation.

In addition, we have concerns about AWC Indeed's vendor payment practices and allegations of improper payments to customers to secure more business. We believe these matters deserve a closer look by the appropriate authorities.

We are bringing these issues forward because we believe product safety, fair business practices, and the protection of intellectual property should be taken seriously. We are prepared to provide supporting documentation and cooperate with any legitimate investigation.

Henry Liu and Mike He are owners of AWC Indeed, they should stop it and go back to their country China.
