Fixture Ordering Information

Accepted Forms of Payment

  • Credit Card: all major credit cards accepted
  • Corporate Check: USD only; payable to PCI-SIG
  • Wire Transfer
    • Wire transfers are accepted only when credit cards or checks are unavailable. Once the order is submitted, you will receive detailed instructions on how to process the transfer.
    • Senders must PAY ALL wire transfer fees.
    • NOTE: Wire transfer orders require a minimum of two weeks to process.
  • Purchase Order: available for PCI-SIG members only on a product order greater than $5,000 USD
    • Only valid for product orders of $5,001+; not considered a valid form of payment for membership dues or event sponsorships.
    • For all orders purchased with credit cards, checks, and wire transfers only, a 3% discount is currently reflected in the existing pricing on the PCI-SIG website. PO pricing will be adjusted to account for the non-discounted price.
    • Payment must be remitted within 60 days of product shipment.
    • PCI-SIG reserves the right to refuse use of a PO dependent on a company’s credit rating.

Order, Payment & Shipping Process

  • Complete the order form below including items to be purchased, payment type and shipping address. Purchasers are responsible for any applicable sales tax, shipping and handling costs, as well as all import and customs fees. Once the order is submitted, a notification from PCI-SIG Administration outlining payment instructions will be emailed to the purchaser.

NOTE:

  • Certain test equipment is available to PCI-SIG Members only (identified as Members-only on the list below).
  • Such test equipment may not be resold, with the exception that a PCI-SIG Member may purchase such test equipment on behalf of its customer provided such customer is also a member of the PCI-SIG.
  • Some out-of-stock products indicated in the order form below will now require minimum pending order quantities (MOQs) before reorders from manufacturers are initiated. After placing an order for MOQ required equipment PCI-SIG Administration will follow up with additional details.
  • All pricing is subject to change

Return Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days upon issuance and must be clearly marked on the return shipping label (not on the box itself). To request an RA number, please contact PCI-SIG Administration at +1 503.619.0569 or administration@pcisig.com.

Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange only. (NOTE: shipping and handling fees are not refunded.) Products must be received undamaged by PCI-SIG Administration within 30 days of the original ship date. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and is advised to chose a shipping method that issues tracking numbers for delivery assurance. Please mail items to:

Defective Returns
