The Fe-Cu deposit is located at the contact between basalt and serpentinite, along with gossan.

To reach the mine, drive through the Graveglia Valley to the village of Reppia. Follow the road leading to Case Soprane, and out of the village, park the car at the end of the road, before the barrier closing the farm road (N 44ยฐ 22.499, E 009ยฐ 28.104).

Proceed along the dirt road (the "Via Picchetti" on OpenStreetMap) for about one hour and thirty minutes, reaching an elevation of 825 meters and then descending to the mine, after the apple orchard, located at 726 meters.
