Question

I bought a steam deck (in January) 'cause I saw the writing on the wall - the industry is going digital. Sony just proved my hunch and Nintendo went to 'key' carts.

Here's my problem. I never set up a password on my steam deck. But now I need to access an SD card root. The KDE partition manager wants a password for authenticating as a steamOS User...

I have no clue what to do. Is there a generic password if one is never set up?

Edit: Did I mess up here? I can't figure out what this means...

SD card Unmounted and i tried to fix it but now all that is showing up in it is a Lost and Found Folder

When i booted up my Steam Deck today it prompted me to reformat or my SD Card. I don't know why it did that so i ejected it and put it back in, but then it just would not show up again. i followed this posts instructions and the SD Card showed up and mounted but now all that is in it is a Lost and Found Folder and the storage still says it has 400gb take up in it.
