I’ve lived here for quite a while (North 4th St to be specific). The many times I’ve encountered reckless driving and/or almost got into a damn accident, it was always a damn OSU student.
I am a mom. Almost all the time, I have my own kids in the car. I am always a defensive driver, as everyone should be, but some drivers are either super careless or just do not know how to drive. Sometimes, in a split moment, it will be out of our control.
There is no freaking reason to rush… especially on a residential street. Some aren’t even rushing, you just think going fast makes you look like a badass. You guys going 70+ on a residential street, screaming like you’re on a rollercoaster, isn’t cool. God forbid you take someone’s life or even multiple lives!
If that’s your mindset on the road, stay home and play beer pong instead. You might save some lives that way.
