Table Disputes

So my husband is the DM of our group of 4 or more players. The group has been going on for a solid 6 or more years with players switching out periodically. My husband and I are the only ones of the original group left, and this is based on things he's done throughout the whole 6+ years.

There's been several times during our epic campaign where the whole party would get rewarded with magic items at the end of a particularly hard battle or questline. The DM would tell us each what our items are one by one and he'd usually leave me for last, whereupon he'd gift me a pair of magic boots with varying effects. My PC cannot wear shoes/boots because she's a satyr. I point this out every time and each time the reaction is "Oh, sorry, lol" Then he'd give the boots to another player and leave me with nothing.

It's happened enough times that the pattern was noticed by myself and others at the table (who've all since left) and it seemed to become a running joke for my husband, which I didn't find particularly funny because it meant I kept getting screwed out of rewards.

Recently my PC sold a cursed magic artefact to an alchemist towards the end of one of our sessions, before the session wrapped up I was offered 3000gp in store credit at the alchemists store, I accepted and told my husband out of game that I was planning on spending the store credit next session so that he'd have heads up to create some sort of shop inventory.

Next session rolls around and I tell him I want to use my downtime to spend that store credit. In character, he tells me that he just got in a new shipment of magical footwear and jokingly tries to hype up his wares. I didn't laugh, I was hurt that he was doing this to me yet again and I told him painly, out of character "Love, if you're going to do this thing again where I end up with nothing I can use, could you please just give me the 3000 gold or give me the cursed crown back instead?"

His mood shifted completely and he snapped that he "couldn't keep DMing if this was going to be my attitude" and that the crown had already been sold. Again, I got nothing out of the interaction except the overwhelming urge to cry and a few awkward laughs from one of the other players at the table.

I guess I'm just hurt and confused over why he keeps doing this to me. Maybe perspective from other DMs or players would help?
